The jewel in the crown that has won plaudits everywhere. This gentle giant has great complexity with tones of pepper and spices and rich ripe fruit. Aged in small barrels for 18 to 24 months it will mature gracefully over many years and become deep and complex. Like any fine wine, The Ripa delle More needs 2-3 years to reach perfection but deserves a place in any wine collection.
