Vinification
Picked by hand. A bleed rosé, using skin maceration for 20 to 24 hours at ultra low temperature, then stored in stainless steel vats.
Grapes
50% Syrah, 50% Grenache.
Tasting Notes
Perfect Provence rosé. Intense pink fuschia, with a nose of raspberries and squashed little red fruit. In the mouth, rich, full of fruit, with good length. Compares with the best rosé anywhere.
