Vinification
Picked by hand, fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.

Grapes
Vermentino, Ugni blanc

Tasting Notes
Pale peach colour, exotic fruit nose. A real Mediterranean style white, with intense citrus notes. Good length, lighter and softer than the 2005.
