A full, rich red with strong tannins. Keep it for a year or two to show its true potential.

Vinification
Mechanically picked, then sorted by hand. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, then the richest and most concentrated cuvées are aged in French oak barrels for at least 12 months.
Grapes
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes
Black, very closed, leathery nose, full bodied, very tannic. There is rich fruit behind the tannins, and it will need at least 2 years to show its true quality. Will develop into a complex, well structured wine.
