Winemaker
Andrew Gordon, owner, and Michel Coutin, winemaker and general manager.

Vinification
Made from the clear juice of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with Méthode Traditionelle secondary fermentation as in Champagne, then aged in bottle for 9 months before release.

Grapes
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Tasting Notes
Rich, crisp Methode Traditionelle sparkling rosé, with full flavour and deep hue.
