Vinification
Mechanically picked, then sorted by hand. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, then the richest and most concentrated cuvées are aged in French oak barrels for at least 12 months.
Grapes
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

From the outstanding 2005 vintage, our best ever. Intense colour, powerful bouquet, full taste with firm tannins. Will need at least 3 years to show its amazing potential. We're so proud of it the magnums have been labelled Founders' Cuvée.
