A powerful red wine made from 100% hand-picked Merlot, fermented and matured in oak. Needs time.

Vinification
Hand picked from low-yielding Merlot vines, with a little Cabernet Sauvignon. Pumped straight into 400 litre oak barrels. For the first few weeks the barrels are rotated daily (hence the name), to gently extract maximum colour and flavour from the skins.
Grapes
Merlot.
Tasting Notes
Liquorice and vanilla, rich fruit, with well rounded tannins cloaking the full potential of this wonderful wine. Approachable now, but still needs time to mature.
