Winemaker
Andrew Gordon, owner, and Michel Coutin, winemaker and general manager.

Vinification
Hand picked from low-yielding Merlot vines, with a little Cabernet Sauvignon. Pumped straight into 400 litre oak barrels. For the first few weeks the barrels are rotated daily (hence the name), to gently extract maximum colour and flavour from the skins.

Grapes
Merlot.

Tasting Notes
A big, powerful wine, the 2005 is a great vintage which needs laying down for 3 to 4 years.
