Vinification
Picked mechanically, then sorted by hand. Short maceration to extract colour, but not too much tannin, then fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for 18 months. Around 10% oak aged wine is added to give extra finesse and length.

Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes
At its best. Full, round, mature, with a very long taste and beautiful finish. A wonderful vintage with superbly ripe grapes created this classic red.
