Can you send it to me so they don't know about it?
You can specify any delivery address, including a work address. Packages need to be signed for, and must be received by someone over 18. But don't forget to tell us who it's for (the Recipient) so we can set up their membership.
 
How long does delivery take?
We normally deliver gifts within a few days of ordering. (mainland UK only)
 
Will they receive any mail or email that will give the surprise away?
No, we won't send any newsletters until the New Year.
 
Do I have to choose the vineyard in advance?
Normally we let new members choose their vineyard after they receive their membership pack. If you know which vineyard you want, just tell us in the special instructions box at checkout
 
Can we visit the vineyard? (and can I bring friends or family?)
We certainly hope you will. The more the merrier, but it's important to notify the vineyard so someone can greet you and show you around. Visit the Vineyards section to find out more.
 
You say members can order personalised wine - how does this work?
It's a free service for members to have a personal message on their wine labels. We do it when the vineyards are bottling the wine, in March and October, and we give members plenty of notice. It's great for special occasions. Minimum order is 1 case of 12 bottles.
 
How do I log in to my account?
New members need to activate their membership here. Existing members who have not registered on this site please register here. If you have already registered, just log in with your email and the password you chose.
 
I am a WineShare member, but it won't let me order online?
Members need to register on this website first. It's a one-time task. Please go to Register at the top of the home page. Then choose Create an Online Account, and follow the process. You will need your membership number.

I don't know my membership number

How do I notify you of a change of address?
Log in to the members' area and click on Manage your Account.
 
How do I renew my membership?
We will send you a renewal reminder, and you can pay online or send us a cheque. When you log in to this site, click Manage your Account, and your membership status will be shown, together with any membership invoice due for payment.
