These terms of business are related to the process of gift and wine purchase, collection and delivery.
Gift Packs
These are made up to order and therefore will be created as they are requested. If you specify a date for delivery and we cannot deliver by that date we will phone and tell you before proceeding with the order. We will advise you if the location or timing of your gift requires additional transport costs prior to incurring them. If we cannot fulfil your request for a Gift Pack you will be told as soon as we review your order.

Wine
We aim to hold most of the WineShare wines in stock. Sometimes, however a particular wine or vintage may not be immediately available. If any part of your order is not in stock we will contact you and offer an alternative. You will always have the option to hold or cancel your order if you would rather not accept an alternative or wait.
Payment
We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa for all orders, Delta and Switch cards may be used for UK orders only. Payment for gifts and wine for delivery/collection in the UK will be charged by WineShare Ltd.

Payment for wine for collection/delivery in France will be charged by our sister company SARL Andrew Gordon in Villeneuve-de-Duras, France. This is a legal requirement to enable you to bring your wine back under the personal importation regulations.
We are also pleased to accept payment by cheque by WineShare members for their wine orders. If you are ordering for collection/delivery in the UK, please send a sterling cheque to WineShare Ltd. If you are ordering for collection/delivery in France, please send a sterling cheque made out to SARL Andrew Gordon, and convert your invoice total in euros to sterling using 1.4 as the exchange rate. You may pay in euros if you have a euro bank account.
Satisfaction & Returns policy
All our products are of a high quality, but if for any reason a purchase does not meet your expectations, please return it to us (in the original packaging, if possible) and we will either refund your money in full, or replace the item as you wish within 30 days. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
